Report of Republic Day Celebration at  Govt School in CR Patna

On 26th Jan 2010 few of our volunteers celebrated Republic day with primary school children in Baladare, a village near Hassan in CR Patna. The event started with hoisting of Tricolour Flag, followed by Rangoli and  Drawing competition for the school children.  After lunch, there were few games and lastly prize distribution. The prodigious talent and discipline displayed by the students was impressive. Volunteers were pleasantly surprised and delighted by the cleanliness and orderliness of the school property and surroundings.

"I was blown away by the talent displayed by the students " says Shweta, one of our volunteers.

Few photos of the event at the following link.
